The organisation provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients in a variety of fields. Such fields include games, communications & media, technology, travel & hospitality, automotive industries and others. The company offers a variety of positions where employees can utilise their skills. Each position offers its range of working hours, compensation and benefits and provides growth opportunities. In order to confirm the selected position, you need to click the Contact us button and fill out the form. In the form, you'll be able to provide your full name (first and last names), telephone number and email in order to be considered for a chosen position. You will also be able to provide additional comments and specify the position you're applying for. You can also find the product code (position number) you need in the description of each available position on this site.

After you fill out the form, please check your mailbox (the email you provided) for a letter from Telus International where you will continue with the application process.

In the letter, you will need to click a highlighted word "here" and then give your permission for the processing and storage of your personal data. There you need to choose the OPT-IN option. See the screenshots below for a visual explanation.

You will also need to fill out the Application Form. Be aware that you need to submit a CV (the European standard preferred, e.g. Europass) in PDF format and attach it to the same form.

After filling out the necessary information, another letter will be sent to your email. It will contain tests and tasks that need to be completed to confirm your level of the chosen language.

As soon as your qualifications are verified, and it's established that you fit the role, you will be contacted and provided with more detailed information about the required documents and the start date of the chosen project.

In case the position you applied for is taken, you will be informed about other project options and positions available at the moment.
